It is commonly served as an one-dish meal. It is a specially folded  Turkish pastry (like tortellini) filled with mince, onion, parsley and spices. It is boiled in water and served with yoghurt topping and hot tomato paste or topped with melted butter sauce. Fresh garlic in yoghurt adds more taste to the dish….
